For anyone who is unfamiliar with Vistaprint, it is an online publishing company that offers tons of free samples.  They're not exactly free, since you do pay a processing and shipping fee that's higher than you would if you purchased items, but it's still a very economical, fun and addictive way to personalize your classroom!

If you sign up as a member at Vistaprint, you'll start receiving special offers in your email inbox every couple of days.  Each offer has different freebies (including the elusive and much-loved "free shipping" or "reduced shipping"!).  You can have up to 10 free items in one order.  It's worth playing around with your shopping cart and seeing how your processing/shipping charges change if you buy small items.

I'm not super creative with Vistaprint...I tend to create the more obvious items.  I couldn't even decide what to do with some of the more interesting items, like rack cards and lawn signs.  But it's still fun and it still feels like Christmas every time a box arrives at my house! I've put in three orders for my classroom.  You can see more photos by clicking on the picture:

In addition to my classroom orders, I've also put in a few orders for gifts.  One was a bunch of teacher-y items for my student teacher.  The second was for 10 things for my sister who was so sad as a little girl because she could never find anything with her name on it in the stores.  She's going to be so surprised on her birthday!  I can't wait!
